Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of asset reliability improvement projects under the guidance of senior consultants
- Conduct and facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and support Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization initiatives
- Analyse asset performance data to identify reliability gaps and improvement opportunities
- Assist in optimizing Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs based on failure modes and asset criticality
- Contribute to improving asset reliability and uptime through structured reliability strategies and effective work management practices
- Support configuration and alignment of data between CMMS/EAM systems and 360Navigator
- Apply Lean principles to maintenance processes, focusing on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency
- Monitor program performance using data-driven metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Support the delivery of consultancy services through a combination of remote and on-site engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve methodologies, Processes and service delivery approaches
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong experience with FMEA and PM strategy development.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel 20–40%.
