Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of asset reliability improvement projects under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Conduct and facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and support Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization initiatives
  • Analyse asset performance data to identify reliability gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in optimizing Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs based on failure modes and asset criticality
  • Contribute to improving asset reliability and uptime through structured reliability strategies and effective work management practices
  • Support configuration and alignment of data between CMMS/EAM systems and 360Navigator
  • Apply Lean principles to maintenance processes, focusing on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency
  • Monitor program performance using data-driven metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Support the delivery of consultancy services through a combination of remote and on-site engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve methodologies, Processes and service delivery approaches

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong experience with FMEA and PM strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20–40%.
