1	Work Management Report
	Any workorder with the current status corresponding to one of the 12 listed in the main section of this report are considered as backlog orders. No date criteria is used.
2	Contractor Pending WOs & Cost
	This report gives the contractor's summary for total required hours, response time, number of jobs and cost (in dollars).
3	Craft's Daily Schedule
	This Report shows detailed daily schedule of maintenance craft .
4	CROW-AMSAA Model to Forecast CM Work Orders
	The Crow-AMSAA Model is used find reliability trends of improvement, deterioration or no change and predicting CM WOs.
5	Detailed forecasted maintenance load (hours) data report
	This report is typically meant for maintenance managers in asset optimization. The monthly record for maintenance hours is utilised to predict maintenance hours for coming six months.
6	Earned Value by Hrs
	Productivity is a measure of efficiency. It is a number that is greater than 1. Numbers less than one indicate that the task(s) required more time to complete than were estimated (planned). If the Productivity is greater than one, the task(s) took less time to complete than was estimated (planned). A Productivity of 1 (one) implies that the task(s) required the same amount of time to execute as was planned. Values either above or below one should prompt a need for scrutiny.
7	Earned Value by Task (Percentage)
	This report shows the earned value by task grouped by Business Unit, Department Name and Crew Id. The numbers are displayed for each week of a month.
8	Forecasting failure pattern using Holt winter exponential smoothing method
	This report is typically meant for maintenance managers in asset optimization. The monthly record for maintenance hours is utilised to predict maintenance hours for coming six months.
9	Forecasting Maintenance Load & Capacity Planning - monthly history
	This report is typically meant for maintenance managers in asset optimization. The monthly record for maintenance hours is utilized to predict maintenance hours for coming six months.
10	Maintaince Weekly Schedule
	This report shows weekly schedule for a maintenance technician.
11	Maintainence Daily Schedule Report
	This report shows maintenance daily schedule .
12	Maintenance Regular Hours Summary Report
	This report gives a graphical summary for labor and craft regular hours. A detail report gives the regular hours grouped by labor.
13	Open Work Order Count(List)
	This report displays number open work orders excluding turnaround work orders on the day when the summary table is loaded is at the end of any particular month. It will also display the average age of the open work orders for that month. It does not include cancelled, closed or complete work orders. It also does not include turnaround work orders. The displayed values are broken down by business unit, facility and crew. Average age is displayed in number of days.
14	Open Workorder Count (KPI)
	This report shows the details of the open work orders for all business units. The Vertical bar chart shows the distribution of the Open Wos by Facility in the selected Business Unit and the pie chart shows the segregation of the worktypes in the selected Facility
15	Plant Maintenance Measurables
	This report shows the count of workorders by worktype and workstatus for different levels of plant.
16	Priority 1 and 2 Work Orders ( List)
	This report displays the # of priority 1 and 2 WOs that were created in a particular month. This # does not include 'closed' or 'cancelled' work orders, so in essence the report will include all other status. The actual hours are the actual hours spent on a WO with priority 1 or 2 in the month of June. Here it does not care about when the order was created or what the status of the order is.
17	Scheduled Vs Available Hrs (KPI)
	This report shows the comparison between the base lined total weekly scheduled hours and the total hours available for a crew by a week of the month. This report will be printed on legal landscape paper.
18	Scheduled WO not completed
	This report shows last week's work orders scheduled for BROUGHTON SENIOR that are not complete.
19	Static Weekly Schedule
	This report shows static weekly schedule of maintenance .
20	WO Scheduled for a Period
	This report shows the maintenance scheduled at your facility, ADAMS ELEM , for the current week.
